Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to promote company services and resolve inquiries.
- Identify and assess customer needs, providing detailed information about our IT services, including web development, app development, digital marketing, and more.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to close deals.
- Maintain a customer database by accurately recording information and call logs.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; graduates preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain professional interactions.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- A positive attitude and ability to handle rejections gracefully.
