- Experience required in Solar Lights, Solar Pumps and other solar related etc.,
- Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identifying reliable suppliers, evaluating vendor performance, and building long-term partnerships.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure favorable agreements and reduce costs.
- Procurement Strategy: Developing purchasing strategies that align with broader organizational goals.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Working with finance teams for budget management, and with operations or manufacturing teams to ensure material availability.
- Risk Management: Mitigating supply chain risks such as delivery delays, price volatility, or supplier insolvency.
- Team Leadership: Directing, hiring, and training a team of buyers and purchasing agents.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
