Business Development Manager (US/Canada Market)
Experience: 3–6 Years | Shift: US Night Shift (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in the USA & Canada.
- Sell Salesforce Consulting, CRM, Custom Software Development, Managed Services, Staff Augmentation, and Digital Transformation services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers (CIO, CTO, VP, Director, Salesforce Managers, etc.).
- Conduct outreach through Cold Calling, Cold Emails, LinkedIn, Networking, Referrals, and Events.
- Schedule discovery meetings and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with technical teams and support contract negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of IT Services Sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling to US/Canada clients.
- Experience in US night shifts is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Cold Emailing, Pipeline Management, Negotiation, and Deal Closure.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io, Clay, and CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
