We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. You will manage the front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure our office runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Administrative Support: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Coordination: Update calendars, schedule meetings, and order front office supplies.
- Office Upkeep: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
