Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who possess good communication skills and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through voice calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
- PUC / 12th Pass or Any Graduate Degree
Experience:
- Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Language Requirements (Mandatory):
Candidates should possess Average English communication skills along with either:
Work Schedule:
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Weekly Off: Rotational Week Off
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work from office and in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
