About Beeja Preschool
Beeja Preschool is a nature-inspired early learning centre committed to providing a safe, joyful, and activity-based learning environment. Our curriculum is inspired by Cambridge Early Years and incorporates Finnish-inspired play-based learning to nurture every child's overall development.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging classroom activities for Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, and UKG.
- Teach through play, storytelling, rhymes, phonics, art, music, and hands-on activities.
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe children's development and maintain daily records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and teacher training programs.
- Maintain classroom discipline with kindness and positive guidance.
Qualifications
- NTT / Montessori / ECCE / D.Ed. / B.Ed. preferred.
- Graduates with a passion for teaching preschool children are also encouraged to apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)
- Passion for working with young children
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude
- Good storytelling and rhyme presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Basic computer skills are an added advantage

Salary
₹8,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on qualification, experience, and demonstration class performance)
