Job Location – Bangalore (Hybrid)
Reporting to – Vice President
Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.

Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate business requirements.

Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Monitor external technology partners and report project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Familiarity with business process analysis and documentation of current processes.

Familiarity with data analysis and business analysis tools.
-
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.

Ability to leverage AI tools for requirement gathering, documentation, research, and productivity enhancement.

Experience using AI-powered tools for creating interactive UI prototypes, wireframes, and user journeys.

Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted application design.

Ability to identify opportunities for AI adoption, automation, and process optimization.
Qualifications –
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Graduate in any discipline, post-graduation will be an added advantage

Certified Financial Planner (CFPCM) I Certifications in NISM X-A and X-B will be an added advantage
