Qualification: Any Degree
Requirements:
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
- Experience in B2B client handling will be preferred
- Sales and marketing experience will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B client communication and relationship management
- Communicate with clients through email and phone calls
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain client records and update databases accurately
- Perform data entry and prepare reports as required
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing
- Support sales and marketing activities of the company
- Follow up with existing and potential clients
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and marketing materials
- Generate leads and support business development activities
