Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Manager with 2–3 years of experience to drive learning initiatives across the organization and our growing network of consulting experts.
This role will be responsible for designing and delivering coto's Expert Training Program. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and our community of Counsellors, Therapists, Astrologers, Tarot Readers, Coaches, and other domain experts to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and run the coto Expert Training Program from onboarding through continuous learning.
- Identify learning needs through discussions with Team leaders and management.
- Develop engaging learning content using AI tools.
- Facilitate virtual training sessions on functional, behavioural, communication, customer experience, and soft skills.
- Track learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, completion rates, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training calendars, learning records, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Talent Development, or Training Operations.
- Experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong instructional content development skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and other content creation tools.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Comfortable interacting with experts from Counselling, Therapy, Psychology, Astrology, Tarot, Coaching, or other consultation-based professions.
- Experience working with trainers, consultants, coaches, or independent professionals.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Experience in startups, technology companies, marketplaces, or community-driven businesses.
- Exposure to/Comfortable with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, or similar productivity platforms.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
