1. Supervise and manage all civil construction activities, including foundations, buildings, roads, drainage systems, and structural installations etc.
2. Ensure proper execution of designs, drawings, and specifications provided by the engineering team.
3. Monitor daily site activities,materials,resources and resolve any issues that arise.
4. Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely completion.
5. Prepare work schedules and labor requirements in coordination with contractors.
6. Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
7. Conduct quality checks on construction materials and work to ensure adherence to standards.
8. Monitor project costs and ensure they stay within approved budgets.
9. Conduct regular safety audits and training for workers.
10. Maintain proper documentation for all construction activities, approvals, and inspections.
11. Prepare and submit progress reports to the Business/Construction head.
12. Handle permits and liaison with local authorities if required.
13. Lead and manage a team of contractors and workers.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
