Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive Manager to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in finance or banking sales and possess strong client relationship management and business development skills.
Only candidates with relevant finance or banking sales experience should apply. Freshers are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products and services.
- Follow up on leads and support the sales process through successful closures.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and servicing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Finance or Banking Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude with excellent client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and convert leads effectively.
- Fluency in English, Hindi preferred; knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
