Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic React Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our development team. As a React Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and building modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. You should have a strong understanding of front-end development principles and be proficient in React.js. Your focus will be on creating elegant, efficient, and scalable solutions that enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and implement user interfaces using React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Develop reusable components and front-end libraries for future use across different projects.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and foster a collaborative development environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. (Equivalent work experience may be considered.)
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a focus on React.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
Familiarity with React.js and their core principles.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux is a plus.
Knowledge of front-end build tools, such as Webpack, Babel or Vite.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with UI/UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
Knowledge of server-side rendering and client-side performance optimization techniques
