Roles and Responsibilities:
· Candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork and must be open to traveling within the city as well as outside the city as required
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Basic knowledge to troubleshoot Windows and Linux-based servers and desktops like user login issues, connectivity issues, printer and file access issues, etc.
· Knowledge of troubleshooting network issues like connectivity, routing, firewall access
· Must have a good understanding of Routers / Switches (Cisco, Juniper, mikrotik, etc.)
· Should have knowledge of documentation creation and maintenance
· Good Exposure on the application troubleshooting such as MS Office
· Certification such as MCTIP, CCNA, RHCE will be added advantage
· Experience in handling US / UK clients will be added advantage
· Experience of coordinating between various teams, vendors and customers
