Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive purchase & dispatch trainee to manage procurement activities and ensure smooth dispatch oprations. the candidate will be responsible for vendore coordination ,material planning, and timely delivery of goods in an automobile manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate vendors for raw materials and components.
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per production requirement.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain records of purchase,pricing and supplier performance.
- Ensure cost -effective procurement without compromising quality
- Plan and execute dispatch schedules as per delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with transporters and documentation of goods.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- MIS reports for purchase and dispatch.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of automobile parts/components.
- Knowledge of MS Office (excel).
- Strong negotiation and communication skill.
- Attention to detail and problem -solving ability.
Qualification and exeperience
Any graduate:-BBA,B.COM,BSC,M.COM,MBA.
Exeperience:- 0 to 2 years.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
