Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively finding new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Handling the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and final contract closure.
- Delivering tailored presentations and demonstrations of products/services.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and secure referrals.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM software and generating sales reports (conversion rates, forecasts).
- Gathering feedback and monitoring competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience in retail sales
- Plus two/Any degree
- Location: Polayathod, Kollam
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
