Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and field-oriented Microfinance Executive to join our teams across various locations in West Bengal. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in the field. Your main responsibilities will include identifying prospective borrowers, managing the loan lifecycle from application to disbursement, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong community relationships.
Key Responsibilities
o Customer Identification & Sourcing: Field visits to identify and source prospective customers, specifically focusing on Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and individual borrowers in targeted rural or semi-urban locations.
o Loan Processing & Assistance: Guide customers through the entire loan application process. This includes collecting required documentation, conducting basic eligibility/KYC assessments, and assisting with smooth loan disbursement.
o Collection & Recovery: Regular follow-ups with borrowers to ensure the timely collection of weekly or monthly loan installments, keeping non-performing assets (NPA) to a minimum.
o Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and promote a positive brand image of Arohon within the community.

Salary & Compensation
Monthly Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹17,000 (Based on experience and interview performance)
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.
Additional Benefits: Fuel/Travel Allowance provided for field visits.
Requirements & Qualifications
o Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any stream.
o Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in microfinance, banking sales, or field sales is a plus.
o Skills: Strong communication skills, basic mathematical calculation abilities, and a polite, persuasive attitude.
o Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and hold a valid Driving License as this is a 100% field job.
o Language: Fluency in the local language (Bengali) is highly preferred.
