Position open for: Senior Purchase Executive.
Location: MUMBAI
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of PO, GRN and purchased invoices into Tally.
- Maintain file for Purchase invoices with supporting documents -hard copy as well as soft copy in server.
- Coordinate team/vendors at the end of month for verification of outstanding invoices not received.
- Maintain soft copy of the Purchase order in Excel format (Export tally PO in excel).
- Maintain file of pending orders.
- Maintain file of Stock data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management skill.
- Basic Knowledge of Tally & GST.
- Good in communication.
Job Specifications (Qualifications & Skills):
- Education: MBA Preffered & Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (often 3+ years).
