SR Oil Speciality Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Production In-charge to join our manufacturing team at the Mannur facility. This is an entry-level leadership role designed for individuals who are eager to start their career in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Monitoring: Assist the Production In-charge in overseeing daily shop-floor operations to meet output targets.
- Reporting: Maintain daily production logs, attendance records, and material usage reports using MS Excel.
- Quality Support: Perform basic quality checks on the line to ensure finished goods meet company standards.
- Workflow Coordination: Assist in assigning tasks to operators and ensuring that the production flow remains uninterrupted.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S).
- Inventory Assistance: Help monitor raw material stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for timely refills.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers with a strong desire to learn are welcome).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes; comfortable using MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Language: Fluency in Tamil; basic English for reporting purposes.
- Attributes: Strong discipline, punctuality, and the ability to lead a small team of operators.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
