Job Summary
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, provide information to clients, maintain communication records, and support daily operational activities. This role is focused on customer communication and coordination and does not involve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make and receive calls professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate information regarding company services and processes.
Follow up with clients for document collection, appointments, and updates.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely client support.
Address basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when required.
Schedule appointments and send reminders to clients.
Maintain call logs and communication records.
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
