Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET + Python + AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in enterprise application development and AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, Python, AI/ML integration, data engineering, and healthcare or regulated environments.
Must-Have Skills
6–8 years of experience in software engineering, solution design, development, and deployment.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
Strong experience with Python for application development, automation, or AI/ML solutions.
Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications and business workflows.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, and performance tuning.
Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, Web Services, and distributed applications.
Strong data engineering knowledge, including ETL, data validation, reconciliation, and structured/unstructured data processing.
Experience designing scalable, secure, and compliant applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support AI-enabled applications for clinical and operational workflows.
Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications, workflows, and data platforms.
Develop backend applications, APIs, microservices, and AI-driven automation solutions.
Work closely with product teams, clinicians, business stakeholders, and data teams.
Participate in the complete SDLC, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, compliance, and performance requirements.
Drive the adoption of modern engineering and AI practices.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Healthcare or Clinical Technology platforms.
Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant application development.
Exposure to Azure Cloud and Azure AI services.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and enterprise AI use cases.
Understanding of payer/provider workflows, population health, clinical documentation, or in-home care models.
Experience working with U.S. business stakeholder
