Experience: 5 years to 8 years
Job Location: Nagpur
Shift: 2PM to 12 AM
Job Qualification:- B.com, M.com, MBA or equivalent
Responsibilities :-
Vendor Management set-up,
Contract Line item set-up,
Billing queries,
Mismatch identification,
Root cause analysis on mismatches,
AR invoice preparations,
Analyze invoices against contract terms
Identify discrepancies
Skills & Experience :-
Strong proficiency in Vendor Management, Contract Management, AP invoicing, Advanced excel.
Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel and Outlook.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and review data accurately.
Hands-on experience in billing and invoicing processes.
Ability to review contracts, track amendments, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Effective written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
