Team Coordinator (SPOC)
We are looking for a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) who can bring structure and clarity across our marketing, branding, and sales initiatives. This role sits at the center of execution—connecting internal teams with external vendors and freelancers, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
The SPOC will be responsible for clearly communicating tasks, aligning expectations, and driving them to completion. From brief creation to final delivery, this person owns the workflow—tracking progress, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring timelines are met.
This is not a coordination-only role. It’s an ownership role.
If something is delayed, unclear, or off-track—the SPOC steps in and fixes it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external vendors/freelancers
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable briefs
- Track tasks end-to-end and ensure timely completion
- Follow up proactively to eliminate delays and miscommunication
- Maintain visibility on progress, dependencies, and deliverables
- Ensure quality and consistency across all outputs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
