WE ARE HIRING – EXPERIENCED PLANNING ENGINEER

InoxDesigns is looking for a qualified and experienced Planning Engineer for our ongoing and upcoming civil, interior, façade, structural, and MEP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of detailed project schedules and execution plans
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly project progress
- Preparation of look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports
- Coordination with project managers, site engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Monitoring manpower, materials, machinery, procurement, billing, and productivity
- Reviewing BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contractual milestones
- Identifying delays and preparing corrective action plans
- Attending progress meetings and preparing management presentations
Required Software Knowledge:
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Project
- BIM software
- Revit
- SketchUp
- 3D modelling software
- AutoCAD 2D and 3D
- Navisworks
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Qualification and Skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant planning experience
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, monitoring, and resource planning
- Ability to understand architectural, structural, façade, interior, and MEP drawings
- Good communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills
- Experience in airport, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, stadium, or infrastructure projects will be preferred
