We are seeking a motivated and result driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident in communication, and capable of handling both field and office-based sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Handle the complete sales cycle (lead generation , client meeting ,negotiation ,closure)
- Fix and attend client meetings; give clear service presentations
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers consistently
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required)
