Salary: ₹25,000 per month + 2% commission on sales exceeding the assigned target
Job Summary:
We are looking for two dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executives with experience in the garment industry to drive business growth across North Kerala. The ideal candidates should possess strong market knowledge, customer relationship management skills, and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesale customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across North Kerala
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings
- Present products and negotiate sales agreements with clients
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management
- Build long-term customer relationships to enhance repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or sales within the garment industry
- Strong knowledge of the North Kerala garment market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Attractive Incentive: 2% commission on sales generated above the assigned target
