Job Description – Stock Boy
Position: Stock Boy
Location: Hyderabad
Department: Retail Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming stock and merchandise.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Arrange products in the stockroom as per company standards.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as required.
- Assist in stock counting, audits, and inventory verification.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of products.
- Monitor stock movement and report shortages or damages.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the stockroom.
- Coordinate with store staff for timely stock availability.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory management preferred.
- Basic understanding of stock handling and inventory processes.
- Physically fit to lift and move merchandise.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Teamwork and coordination.
- Basic computer knowledge for inventory updates.
- Responsible and disciplined work ethic.
Salary: As per company standards and experience.
Working Hours: Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
