Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in US, UK, AUS, or rotational shifts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Meet quality and productivity targets.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.
Comfortable working in Night Shifts and Rotational Shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
