About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, developers, and project teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Assist in project planning, testing, and implementation activities.
- Create reports, flowcharts, wireframes, and process documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are delivered accurately.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve requirement-related issues.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of databases, APIs, and web applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of SQL and software testing concepts.
