- Manage the assignment of rooms, check-ins, and check-outs for residents.
- Maintain accurate logs of attendance, attendance registers, visitor logs
- Conduct regular inspections of hostel property, manage inventory, and oversee maintenance requests for electrical and plumbing issues.
- Act as the first responder during medical emergencies, campus incidents, or safety hazards, and liaise with relevant institutional authorities.
- Enforce discipline, mediate conflicts among students, and handle violations of the hostel code of conduct.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents/guardians regarding their child’s behavior, academic progress, or well-being.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure common areas, washrooms, and surrounding premises are kept hygienic.
- Monitor the quality, hygiene, and nutritional value of the food served in the hostel mess, and address any student grievances regarding the food.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
