Job Summary
1 2+ years of Core HCM experience and compensation areas.
Deep knowledge of compensation grades, positions, job profiles, compensation grade profiles, pay ranges, salary ranges, benchmarking etc.
Demonstrated capability of Job / compensation grade architecture implementation or redesignExperience of localizations in Workday HCM and tenant setupsExperience of security model in workday. Experience with creating and maintaining security groups, roles etcAs a Solution architect, expected to work as a sheet anchor carrying through Workday HCM/comp projects. Should be well versed with touchpoints of Workday Core HCM with other modules and systems outside of Workday.Lead Workday Releases, make customers aware of new release features and impacts to them.Works as advisor on process guidance and helps project governanceExperience regarding salary benchmarking (internal vs external)Experience of compensation elements, salary and allowance plans, OTPs etc.Experience on Workday reportingExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsGood stakeholder management and engagement skillsAbility to guide junior resources, believer of team work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and customize workday integrations using workday studio.
2. Design and build eib interfaces to support data integration needs.
3. Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the workday platform.
4. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for workday configurations and integrations.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues within workday and propose effective solutions.
6. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of workday solutions with other systems.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in workday studio to develop custom integrations.
2. Experience in creating eib integrations in the workday environment.
3. Sound understanding of workday hcm and related modules.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues.
5. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Other Requirements
1.Workday Studio Integration Consultant certification is preferred.
