Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented Butler to provide exceptional personalized service in a luxury residence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring the comfort of residents and guests, and managing daily household service operations with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to the family and guests with the highest level of professionalism.
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and seamless experience.
- Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments following formal service etiquette.
- Set up and clear dining areas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Coordinate with the House Manager, Chef, Housekeeping, and other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage wardrobes, packing, unpacking, and garment care when required.
- Oversee household inventories, including crockery, cutlery, glassware, linens, and guest supplies.
- Ensure all living, dining, and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Assist with event preparation and special occasions.
- Handle household errands and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times while working with the family.
- Follow all household policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience as a Butler in a luxury residence, five-star hotel, palace, or private estate.
- Excellent knowledge of formal dining service, table setting, and hospitality etiquette.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed appearance with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.
Pay: ₹59,892.71 - ₹92,249.51 per month
