Hiring "Tele Callers" For a Real Estate Firm
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Contact potential buyers from the provided database to pitch residential and commercial properties in Lucknow.
- Lead Conversion: Qualify leads and convert them into confirmed Site Visits for the field sales team.
- Client Management: Maintain a professional relationship through consistent follow-ups and addressing client queries regarding project locations and pricing.
- CRM Updating: Record every interaction and update call statuses in the CRM to ensure a clean sales pip
Salary plus incentive
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Real estate tele caller work: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gomtinagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
