The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct joining formalities and documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files.
- Facilitate employee induction and onboarding.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with outlets/departments for attendance data.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee information.
- Follow up on bank details, PF, ESIC, and statutory documentation.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee files and statutory records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate medical fitness tests and other compliance requirements.
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining necessary documents.
HR Operations
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Track employee confirmations, transfers, resignations, and full & final settlements.
- Coordinate with managers and department heads on HR-related matters.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or service industries is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Understanding of labor laws, PF, ESIC, and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS systems.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
