MobiFit is looking for a detail-oriented Excel Data Specialist to manage and organize our growing business data. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of mobile spare parts inventory, organizing daily sales data, and keeping our component price lists completely up to date. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large datasets to ensure smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Input, update, and maintain accurate inventory records of mobile components, including combos, flexible printed circuit (FPC) cables, and other spare parts.
- Price List Formatting: Consistently update, structure, and format pricing sheets for various smartphone models (Realme, Vivo, Oppo, etc.) to ensure the sales team has the most current information.
- Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports on stock levels and sales performance using Excel features like Pivot Tables, charts, and formulas.
- Data Cleaning: Identify and correct formatting errors or discrepancies in the database to maintain a high standard of data integrity.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
