Key Responsibilities
- Operate custom-built and commercial UAVs as target drones for anti-drone system testing • Execute complex flight maneuvers to simulate real-world hostile drone behavior • Support testing of counter-UAS technologies such as RF jamming, spoofing, radar, and EO/IR tracking systems • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine drone hardware, firmware, and payload configurations • Conduct flight trials for detection, tracking, and interception systems • Perform pre-flight setup, calibration, and post-flight diagnostics of UAV systems • Assist in integrating drones with counter-UAS platforms and command systems • Maintain detailed logs of flight performance, test results, and system behavior • Ensure strict compliance with defense protocols, airspace regulations, and safety standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certified drone pilot (DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate or equivalent) • Hands-on experience with custom UAVs, FPV drones, or drone modification • Strong understanding of flight controllers (e.g., PX4, ArduPilot) and ground control systems • Knowledge of RF communication, GPS systems, and signal interference basics • Ability to execute precision flying, including high-speed and evasive maneuvers • Familiarity with drone safety protocols and airspace regulations • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
