- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Perform routine checks and repairs on production machinery, motors, sensors, and electrical panels to minimize production downtime.
- Utility Management: Maintain electrical systems for facility utilities, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), boilers, chillers, air compressors, and water purification systems.
- Instrumentation & Automation: Troubleshoot and wire control systems, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Documentation & Compliance: Execute work in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Fill out daily maintenance logs and assist with qualification documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Safety Protocols: Adhere to strict lockout/tagout procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: ITI in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of industrial electrical experience, with a strong preference for candidates with prior exposure to GMP-regulated, OSD (Oral Solid Dosage), or injectable pharma plants.
- Skills: Strong fault-finding abilities, panel wiring capabilities, and foundational knowledge of automation and control systems
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
