About Us
We are a growing corporate gifting company that partners with leading corporates across India — including brands like Haldiram's, Apollo, and Blue Star — to provide customised gifting solutions. We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our corporate client base pan-India.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with corporate clients over calls to introduce our company, products, and customised gifting solutions.
- Identify and generate new business leads across industries pan-India.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant gifting solutions.
- Fix and coordinate meetings with prospective corporate clients as needed.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to convert them into clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and orders.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales (corporate gifting industry experience is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and fixing client meetings on a regular basis.
- Target-driven with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
