Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join as Apprentice – Sales Executives. This 6-month apprenticeship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in retail sales, customer engagement, and store operations. Based on performance and evaluation during the apprenticeship, candidates will be considered for full-time employment with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying their needs and guide them to suitable products
- Support senior sales staff in product demonstrations and sales activities
- Learn and develop knowledge of consumer electronics and store offerings
- Maintain store presentation, product displays, and cleanliness standards
- Assist in managing inventory and stock replenishment
- Handle basic customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Support billing and checkout processes when required
- Actively participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning programs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers (0 years of experience)
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and build a career in retail sales
- Basic understanding of customer service is an added advantage
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
