Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction across the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations.
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to high standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement quality controls.
- Lead, train, and develop the housekeeping team.
- Manage staffing, duty rosters, inventories, linen, and housekeeping supplies.
- Monitor departmental budgets and control costs.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B teams for smooth operations.
- Address guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- 8–12 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory management, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
