We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Draftsman to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for creating, modifying, and analyzing detailed technical drawings for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate works well within a multidisciplinary team to ensure drawings are accurate and compliant with building codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drawing Creation: Prepare detailed 2D and 3D shop drawings, schematics, and as-built drawings for MEP systems using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- System Layouts: Develop exact layouts for ductwork, piping, lighting, cable trays, and plumbing.
- Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and interior drawings to prevent on-site clashes.
- Revisions: Update and modify drawings based on red-line corrections, field data, and site conditions.
- Compliance: Ensure all drawings follow local building codes, safety regulations, and company drafting standards.
- Project Support: Assist design engineers with calculating material quantities, verifying equipment schedules, and updating project documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on drafting experience in the construction or MEP consulting industry.
- Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Working knowledge of Revit MEP or BIM modeling is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of MEPF components, excellent attention to detail, and professional communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,018.19 - ₹37,938.71 per month
