About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking ITI Welder to join our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication work, supporting maintenance activities, and ensuring equipment and structures are maintained as per operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication work as per job requirements.
- Repair and maintain metal structures, equipment, machinery, and storage systems.
- Read and understand basic fabrication drawings and work instructions.
- Assist the maintenance team in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper use and upkeep of welding machines, tools, and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Inspect welded joints and fabricated components for quality and accuracy.
- Support warehouse and plant infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Report material, equipment, or safety issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
- ITI Certification in Welder Trade (Mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of Arc Welding, Gas Welding, MIG/TIG Welding, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to handle welding equipment and hand tools safely.
- Good physical fitness and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
