Job Overview
The Store Support Agent (US Process) is an entry-level position designed for highly articulate freshers. You will act as the direct communication bridge for US-based retail cellphone stores, handling both customer inquiries and outbound outreach campaigns. No prior BPO experience is required, but an exceptional command of spoken English is mandatory.
Core Responsibilities (Fresher Level)
- Inbound Retail Assistance: Take calls from US retail store personnel to assist with phone activations, plan upgrades, billing issues, and inventory inquiries.
- Outbound Customer Service: Make outbound calls to US subscribers regarding their plan renewals, upcoming contract updates, and promotional trade-in offers.
- Assisted Troubleshooting: Help customers configure basic device settings, activate eSIMs, and resolve basic mobile network connectivity issues using a provided step-by-step knowledge base.
- Data Entry & Logging: Document all customer interactions and retail store requests accurately into the company’s CRM software during the call. [1]
Strict Hiring Constraints
- Experience Level: 0–1 years (Open to complete Freshers with the right skill set).
- Communication Skills: Mandatory elite/native-level fluency in spoken and written English. Must have clear pronunciation and an active listening capability to understand US accents.
- Transport Policy: No cab facility provided. Candidates must have personal transport or arrange their own commute to and from the facility.
- Shift Rotations: Must be completely flexible to work 100% night shifts to align with US retail operating time zones.
