We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our voice process team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls to provide assistance, resolve queries, or promote services/products while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to assist customers with queries, complaints, or service requests.
- Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain call quality standards, including etiquette, clarity, and problem resolution.
- Update CRM systems with call details, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills [English].
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or call centers preferred (Fresher can apply).
- Ability to handle pressure and work in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Pay: ₹10,972.46 - ₹30,298.91 per month
