About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Reporting & MIS Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Tally, advanced Excel skills, and experience in financial reporting and MIS preparation. This role involves extracting financial data, preparing management reports, developing dashboards, and supporting financial analysis and due diligence activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, compile, and analyze financial data and reports from Tally.
- Prepare Due Diligence (DD) data and financial documentation as required.
- Generate Revenue Reports, Payables Reports, Receivables Reports, and MIS Reports.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards for management review.
- Perform extensive data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation of financial data between Tally and Excel reports.
- Assist in financial analysis, audit preparation, and internal reporting activities.
- Coordinate with Accounts, MIS, and Finance teams for data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Monitor reporting timelines and ensure timely submission of management reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- CA Dropout (Inter/IPCC) preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, MIS, Financial Reporting, or related functions.
- Experience in Tally-based financial reporting and data management.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
