Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per standard recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages.
- Take customer orders and provide product recommendations.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and seating area.
- Handle cash, billing, and POS system accurately.
- Monitor stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Create a welcoming and friendly customer experience.
- Support team members during peak hours.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
