Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, industrial, institutional, healthcare, educational, airport and real-estate sectors.
- Generate leads through developers, consultants, architects, PMCs and government agencies.
- Track upcoming tenders, EPC projects and infrastructure opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with estimation, tendering and technical teams for bid submissions.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, capability statements and commercial offers.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and business intelligence activities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.
- Achieve project acquisition and revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and business forums.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of EPC, construction and infrastructure business.
- Experience in tendering, project acquisition and contract negotiations.
- Knowledge of government and private sector project procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into successful business wins.
