Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Learning & Development Executive to support the organization's learning initiatives by identifying training needs, designing and delivering impactful training programs, and enhancing employee capabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end training management, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to measure training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Training Design & Development
- Design engaging learning materials, presentations, training manuals, assessments, and job aids on LMS.
- Develop instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
- Customize training content based on organizational and departmental requirements.
Training Delivery
- Facilitate induction, soft skills, behavioral, compliance, and professional development training sessions.
- Deliver interactive and engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles.
- Coordinate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external trainers for specialized training programs.
Training Coordination
- Prepare training calendars and schedules.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of training programs, from planning to post-training evaluation.
- Ensure smooth execution of all learning initiatives.
Employee Development
- Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
- Assist in leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Training Evaluation & Reporting
- Measure training effectiveness using feedback surveys, assessments, and post-training evaluations.
- Analyze learning outcomes and prepare training reports and dashboards.
- Track employee learning progress and recommend improvement actions based on data.
Learning Management
- Maintain employee training records and learning databases.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory learning requirements.
- Support the implementation and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS), where applicable.
Required Skills:
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience in conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Ability to analyze training data and prepare insightful reports.
- Creative mindset for developing engaging learning content.
Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
