About the role
Redolent is hiring a motivated Telemarketing Executive to support lead generation and client outreach for our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the first voice of Redolent — engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling demos for the business development team.
Key responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients from verified lead databases.
- Introduce Redolent's products and services in a clear, compelling manner.
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and decision-making authority (BANT).
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate call logs and lead records in the CRM system daily.
- Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead conversion metrics.
- Handle objections professionally and route complex queries to senior staff.
Requirements
- Any graduate; degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
- 0–1 years of telecalling, inside sales, or customer outreach experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
