Test Automation Strategy & Planning
· Define and implement scalable automation strategies using Tricentis Tosca
· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and align with business goals
Framework Design & Maintenance
· Architect and maintain modular, reusable Tosca test frameworks
· Ensure alignment with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise testing standards
Test Case Development
· Design and develop end-to-end automated test cases for web, desktop, mobile, and API layers
· Leverage Tosca’s Model-Based Testing and Test Case Design features for efficient coverage
Integration & Tooling
· Integrate Tosca with tools like JIRA, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, and test management platforms
· Configure Tosca environments and manage test data using TDM (Test Data Management)
Execution & Reporting
· Execute automated test suites across environments and platforms
· Analyze results, identify defects, and generate detailed reports for stakeholders
Mentorship & Leadership
· Train and mentor junior QA engineers on Tosca capabilities and best practices
· Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to automation standards
Continuous Improvement
· Optimize test cases for performance, maintainability, and scalability
· Stay updated with Tosca enhancements and industry trends to drive innovation
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
