About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Laravel Developer with strong technical fundamentals and the ability to independently manage tasks and project deliverables. The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools to improve development productivity while maintaining strong core technical knowledge and the ability to review and validate AI generated code.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel fundamentals, and Laravel architecture.
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
- Good knowledge of MySQL, REST APIs, third-party integrations, queues, jobs, events, and scheduling.
- Should follow an AI-first development approach and be comfortable using AI coding tools for development, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Good understanding of AI Agents, Skills, agentic workflows, and vibe coding, while maintaining strong core technical knowledge.
- Ability to review and validate AI-generated code instead of depending completely on AI.
- Ability to independently manage tasks, priorities, estimates, deadlines, and project deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, ownership, and root-cause analysis
skills.
- Good client communication skills with the ability to understand requirements, provide updates, and discuss technical solutions.
- Knowledge of Git, Linux, Docker, CI/CD, and deployment processes is preferred.
- AWS knowledge is good to have, especially EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, SQS, SES, and Lambda.
